About
I don't theorize about running a business. I run them. Every tool and website on this page came from a problem I hit in my own operations: missed calls, messy pay splits, quotes that never turned into bookings.
These days I build a lot of it with AI as a working partner. That means I can ship a booking fix or a new page in a day, not a month, and spend more time on the parts that need a person: customers, crews and equipment.
